STARFLEX 1000
Starflex 1000 is a Nitrile rubber based, asbestos-free sheet sealing material reinforced with cellulose and glass fibres.
 
Service
Starflex 1000 is recommended for low temperature, medium pressure applications. It is particularly suitable for sealing hot and cold water and oils.
 
TEMPERATURE & PRESSURE
Recommended Temperature -85°C to 180 °C
Maximum Recommended Pressure 7MPa (70 bar; 1015 psi)

These temperature and pressure guides cannot necessarily be used
simultaneously and may not apply at all thicknesses.

AVAILABILITY
Sheet size 1.5m x 1.5m
Thickness range 0.5mm to 3.0mm

(Note: For designing, variables will change with different thickness. Recommended Surface Finish- 125rms to 500rms. Please refer to manufacturer.)
